What makes this better than floor paint or tiles?
The high build resin we use for garage installations is industrial grade. It is hard wearing, visually appealing, easy to clean and won't break up and flake like other garage floor coverings do meaning they need repairing or replacing frequently. High build resin is top quality product build to last and give your garage floor a high-end look!
What is the process?
In most cases, if your garage floor is in reasonable condition first we will remove any high spots with a grinder and vacuum. We'll then screed the floor to get it smooth, apply a primer coat and finally the high build resin top coat.
How long will a resin garage floor last?
We use an industrial grade resin which can last up to 10-years with normal use.
My garage has lots of stuff in. Is this an issue?
We get asked this a lot! Obviously to install a floor we need it to be completely clear. Our standard installs are priced on a 'fit only' basis meaning the garage should be cleared before we arrive. However, we do offer an additional service at additional cost where we can empty your garage, fit the floor and then replace the items once the floor surface is ready for use again.
How quickly can the floor be used and walked on?
Most jobs can be completed in 1-2 days. We typically advise the floor is left for 24 hours before accepting foot traffic and 48-hours for vehicles.
Is the resin damp proof?
The resin itself is not damp-proof however we can install a damp proof primer coat as if your garage may have a damp issue.
How much will the level of my garage floor be raised?
A screed and high build resin will raise the level of your garage floor by around 3-4mm

Resin garage floors are fantastic if you are looking for a hard wearing yet appealing surface to give you garage floor the wow factor!
We specialise in installing a one colour high build resin gloss finish to give your garage the showroom look!
We can also add diamond dust to the resin to give your floor some extra sparkle! This looks great when added to black, greys and blues.
All of the colour options are shown below.

*Based on a single garage with minimal floor preparation required. All jobs are quoted individually due to variations in size, finish and amount of floor preparation needed.
